Fine artisanal cheese, handcrafted from goat and cow’s milk in the lush Cowichan Valley.  The cow’s milk comes fresh from local Balme Ayr Farm, and the goat milk comes from the 100 curious, feisty and jovial goats prancing about the Haltwhistle Farm!
