Tom and Crystal Moore arrived in Victoria from Australia and very soon afterwards created one of Victoria’s favourite bakeries. With a history in fine dining, Tom creates some of the most fantastic baked goods with a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. His croissants are our favourite!
